This is everything a music video should be. You have to hand it to Jennifer Lopez; her hotness seems to just be getting hotter, with this video, an associated Fiat commercial, and a new clothing and accessories line at Kohl’s. But through it all J. Lo maintains her girl-next-door appeal… After all, she’s still just Jenny from the block.
Not sure why this song still speaks to me after three years. I was first introduced to it on the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy in 2008 (back when everyone watched that show). All I can chalk it up to is: Smokey jazz club. Hot black man. And soul searing lyrics.
